Founder & Director
Priya Madan Mohan has over 25 years of experience in Finance, Process Excellence, Audit, Shared Services, Mergers & Acquisitions, IPO preparation, Anti-Trust & Due Diligence in India, Middle East & Singapore.
She started her career as an auditor with KPMG and has held Senior Management roles in multinational companies like Siemens & Sivantos in both global & regional capacities. Her last role was Vice President Group Accounting & Controlling for WSAudiology, a merger of 2 large hearing aid manufacturers.
Priya has a strong track record in business partnering with owners & stake holders, driving private equity value creation. As a Key player in business transformation, transparency, integration & standardization projects, she has strategically driven Commercial Excellence, Productivity & Synergy initiatives to improve bottom-line & cash flow
She prides herself in high work ethics backed by a strong foundation & training as an auditor and has successfully implemented Compliance programs, SOX, Internal controls, policies & processes at different levels of the organization.
Priya’s strength is her leadership style. She has fostered multi-cultural & high-performance teams through empowerment, coaching & people development.
She is actively involved in Women Empowerment & Sustainability initiatives. She was the Diversity & Culture Ambassador & Promoter of Sustainability & Fitness at her workplace
Priya is Passionate about Making an Impact & meaningfully Giving Back to the Society. She has founded “Dorm Mums”, a voluntary non-profit organization, to support guest brothers in Singapore. She also supports children in orphanages in India.

Community Outreach
Dorm Mums
Dorm Mums is a group of diverse women, bonded singularly by their compassion for the less-privileged sections of our community and a dedication to improving lives. Dorm Mums founder, Priya, along with core team members, volunteer with their organisation partners to reach out to the Guest Brothers in Singapore and support initiated programs.
The Dorm Mums function as an extended arm of Alliance of Guest Workers Outreach (AGWO). The partnership goals are to integrate Guest Brothers into the community, ensure their wellbeing and give them an opportunity to develop and upgrade their skills. Dorm Mums support AGWO with events & festive celebrations, coordination of caterers & meals distribution, creating awareness of activities, organizing charity drives for new & pre-loved items, sourcing of festive gifts & dry rations, well-being checks on Guest Brothers, managing skill upgrade programs, mental health & buddy programs, and more.
