Priya Madan Mohan has over 25 years of experience in Finance, Process Excellence, Audit, Shared Services, Mergers & Acquisitions, IPO preparation, Anti-Trust & Due Diligence in India, Middle East & Singapore.

She started her career as an auditor with KPMG and has held Senior Management roles in multinational companies like Siemens & Sivantos in both global & regional capacities. Her last role was Vice President Group Accounting & Controlling for WSAuditology, a merger of 2 large hearing aid manufacturers.

Priya has a strong track record in business partnering with owners & stake holders, driving private equity value creation. As a Key player in business transformation, transparency, integration & standardization projects,  she has strategically driven Commercial Excellence, Productivity & Synergy initiatives to improve bottom-line & cash flow.

She prides herself in high work ethics backed by a strong foundation & training as an auditor and has successfully implemented Compliance programs, SOX, Internal controls, policies & processes at different levels of the organization.

Priya’s strength is her leadership style. She has fostered multi-cultural & high-performance teams through empowerment, coaching & people development.

She is actively involved in Women Empowerment & Sustainability initiatives. She was  the Diversity & Culture Ambassador & Promoter of Sustainability & Fitness at  her workplace.  

She has founded “Dorm Mums”, a voluntary non-profit organization, to support guest brothers in Singapore. She also supports children in orphanages in India.
